During one of those oppressively hot days, we decided to make these delicious yet ridiculously simple (and healthy!) popsicles.  Eat them to cool down after an afternoon outside or dish them up for breakfast with granola for a parfait style meal.  It’s a great way to serve up more of the summertime fruits and berries.

Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt (any sweetened flavor will do–vanilla, banana, blueberry, cheesecake, etc)
Sliced fruits and berries (try different combos: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, bananas, grapes, etc)

Mix fruit and yogurt together and place in popsicle molds or paper cups with wooden popsicle sticks.  To showcase the fruit, place several pieces along the outside.  Freeze for several hours before serving.  To remove from molds or cups, rinse briefly under hot water.
