This is a delicious adjustment to plain old ground beef mixed with taco seasoning.  Put it in hard shell tacos, flour or corn tortillas, salad or nachos.  It can be made in a crock pot but if you’re in a hurry, just boil some chicken until tender enough to shred and heat it up with the sauce.  Either way, dinner’s ready in no time.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 to 2 lbs chicken breast
1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
1 packet (1 oz) Ranch seasoning
2 cups chicken broth

Place chicken in bottom of the crock pot.  Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.  Heat on low 3 1/2 hours then remove chicken, shred and place back in crock pot for ten minutes.  Serve with cheese, salsa, sour cream, avocado, etc.
