Friday nights are usually our homemade pizza night (hooray for a meal that no one complains about!). We like pizza however it comes…red pepper alfredochicken and spinach pizza, fruit pizza, and especially dessert pizza. This recipe tastes like cookie dough dip in pizza form. In a word? Delicious.
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 + 1 Tablespoon flour
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare pizza dough as directed and roll out onto a pizza pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, cube cream cheese and melt in fifteen-second intervals until soft. Add the sugar and vanilla and whip until smooth. Spread over the pizza crust, then sprinkle chocolate chips over the top, pressing down gently. Prepare the streusel by mixing the butter, vanilla, flour, and sugars with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over the pizza. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until crust and top of streusel are golden. Cool before slicing.
