We had a spare box of Funfetti cake mix in our pantry and decided to shake these things up and try these. They’re super yummy, rich, and are one of those cookies that gets better and better as it cools. They were a hit!
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
1 box Funfetti cake mix
1/4 cup sprinkles
1/4 cup powdered sugar
In a mixing bowl, whip together the cream cheese and butter. Add egg and mix. Pour in box of cake mix and stir until combined. Add sprinkles and mixed. Roll dough into small, one-inch balls and coat in powdered sugar. Place on a greased or lined baking pan. Place in fridge for at least ten minutes. Preheat oven to 350F. Bake about ten minutes, or until just set. Do not overbake. Cool a few minutes on the man and remove to a wire rack. They’re extra yummy chilled in the fridge!
