So quick, so delicious!
I made the mistake of looking on Pinterest for a Fogo de Chao recipe and now, I think I might just make the buffet at home, starting with this sweet, crunchy, satisfying salad!
1 granny smith apple, coarsely chopped
2 cups diced pineapple
1/2 cup diced celery
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup mayo
1 Tablespoon sour cream
Salt and pepper, to taste, optional

Toss the fruits and veggies together (you can soak the apples in some water and lemon juice before to keep them from browning, if desired). Stir in mayo and sour cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill until ready.
Thanks to The Food Network for the recipe inspiration!
