The Ascent by David Linn

With the new year, I am one of those suckers that likes to review old goals and set new ones for things I’d like to do, accomplish or experience (if I didn’t write them down, I’d probably forget!). Recently, I’ve been pondering on a deeper level what I can do to reach my fullest potential. Of course, there are lots of things I’d like to be able to check off my list and in some ways, they’ll help direct my life, but there are many more attributes that are less tangible I’d like to develop so I can become the best version of myself.

With my Heavenly Father’s help, my trust that I’m a valued daughter of Him, a Savior who’s experienced and felt everything I have or will ever go through, friends and family who keep me accountable and offer insight, and a myriad of other tools, I’m optimistic that I’ll live up to my fullest potential.

At least that’s my list of goals.
