This is a one-pot pasta creation that’s a special treat!
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons minced garlic
2 Tablespoons butter
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 pound spaghetti or angel hair pasta
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 Tablespoon dried

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add garlic and stir for about a minute. Add butter until melted. Add salt, pepper and chicken stock. Raise heat to high and let boil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Add the parsley during the last few minutes of boiling (if using dried). Once the liquid has been absorbed, reduce heat and stir in parmesan until completely melted. Remove pot from heat and stir in cream and parsley (if using fresh). Serve immediately.016-6636015
