If pounds and pounds of honey weren’t enough to quench our sweet tooth (umm…the honey’s already gone…), Jack decided to try his hand at tapping the maple syrup coursing through the veins of the maple trees dotting our property. Though conditions aren’t quite ideal yet (IT’S SUPPOSED TO BE BELOW FREEZING AT NIGHT, ABOVE FREEZING DURING THE DAY), we thought we’d give it a trial run.
Looks like it’s working.
