These chewy, crispy and lightly sweet treats can be whipped up in less than five minutes and are great as a snack or dessert.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups Cheerios
Over medium-high heat, bring the sugar and corn syrup to a gentle boil. Boil for one minute (the longer you boil it, the harder your treats will be so if you’d like them soft, stick with one minute or less). Remove from the heat and add peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until smooth. Pour in the cheerios and mix until completely coated.
Place by the spoonful on wax paper and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy!

My kids love these things 🙂
Me too, haha! Kind of like a simplified version of O'Henry bars.
Wow, these look good. My son is allergic to milk and it's often hard to find treats like this I can make at home that are dairy free. Looking forward to trying this one!
My mom used to make corn flake candy like this! I'm excited to try it with cheerios.
Yum! I'll have to try that sometime. 🙂
