It is possible that I’m the world’s worst home decorator.  I usually have to ask about everyone I know what they think of the colors I’ve chosen for the home, otherwise it seems like I’m doomed to fail.  So, after getting a new front door, I painted it a bright red without asking anyone and now I’m beginning to doubt myself.

Do you like the red in contrast to the faux grey stone paneling and white siding?

So what do you think?  Like the red or is over the top?  Should I repaint it or paint the back door to match?

  1. i think it does work well in contrast to the grey, but it does feel like a first step. i'm no good at decorating either…but maybe the overall image needs more color (not necessarily red?) to balance? but it's a good red. nice pick.
