Who couldn’t use a good recipe for cream cheese frosting? It goes perfectly with cinnamon rolls, carrot cake, homemade Oreos or smoothed over a graham cracker. Hey, I think it’s delicious to eat by the spoonful.

4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
