Who couldn’t use a good recipe for cream cheese frosting?  It goes perfectly with cinnamon rolls, carrot cake, homemade Oreos or smoothed over a graham cracker.  Hey, I think it’s delicious to eat by the spoonful.

Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.  Spread over cooled cake, cupcakes or cookies.  Just try not to eat it all out of the bowl . . .
