This recipe is quite delicious!  Serve over cooked rice and with a side salad and a slice of bread and you’ve got a meal all ready to go (and feel free to half the recipe if you’re not feeding a huge crowd).

Ingredients:

8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of ____ soup (chicken, celery or mushroom)
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 Tablespoons chopped onion

Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan (I like to line it with foil so there’s less mess to clean up).  Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.

Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon over the top of the chicken.  Bake at 350F for about 1 hour or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

 (If you’re making it the day ahead and refrigerating, bake for about fifteen to thirty minutes longer).
