Compared to other yeast bread recipes, this soft french bread whips up in half the time.  It takes less than ten minutes to put together, an hour and a half of rising and ten minutes to bake.  Then you’ve got delicious french bread piping hot from the oven!  Serve with butter and jam, with a hunk of cheese or in a cup of slow cooker french onion soup.  It also makes an excellent pizza crust if you’re looking for something homemade.

***Be careful not to add too much flour or your dough will be dry and chunky.  After kneading in the flour, it should be elastic and slightly sticky***
