Now that I’ve made a few batches of homemade laundry detergent, I’m onto stain remover! Like the detergent, it’s very inexpensive, easy to assemble and is very effective.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup Dawn Ultra Dish Washing Liquid (any brand will work)
2/3 cup ammonia
6 Tablespoons baking soda
2 cups warm water
Combine the ingredients and whisk together (try to avoid whiffing the ammonia). Pour in a spray bottle, label and shake before each use. Saturate any stains and rub together before laundering. Let sit an hour for tough stains.
